Good morning people..it's 5 days til Christmas, just in case some of u are so busy working til u forgot about time. :D Man,before u know it, it'll be the end of the year already and that wraps up 2004..Sigh,it was just like a month ago or something like that when i first started in LUCT..meeting my friends and stuffs like that but now..it's already 1 year. Crazy! ;) Anyways, gonna have to do some more Christmas shopping today..Gonna try to go get the drinks for a party for some orphans at TNT Kickboxing this coming Sunday. Promised Karen that i'll sponsor all the drinks for the party. ;) So since i'll be really packed with stuffs to do this weekend..i better get all the stuffs and send it to them by today then i just need to stroll in for the party relaxed cause i've done my part. ;)
Saturday's Christmas youth party was fun. :) Almost didnt have enough food for everybody but thank God the college guys got some pizzas but still there wasnt enough so the college girls called for some more pizzas to be delivered. :) Must say it was fun, what with all the food, games and exchanging of gifts at the end of the whole party. :) Everybody was suppose to bring a gift to be exchanged..so i brought some Kinder Bueno chocolates and i was hoping to get it back..haha. :P This was one of those years where i really wont mind getting back my own gift. ;) Heck, every year i wont mind getting back my own gift. ;) I would usually get like pillows or something really nice..i mean,i wont want somebody else get something that even i wont want,right? :) Anyways,i got a bottle of scented hand-wash and Jonathan got a pot of potpourri..and since it was Christmas, i suggested that i exchanged my gift for his. :) He looked very happy indeed when i suggested that to him..haha. :P And i hope that the guys sitting at the PA area in church will be happy too cause that's where i left the pot of potpourri. hehe. ;) Oh yeah, no Christmas practice on that day cause the party was from 6pm til like 9pm. ;) Good news for everybody involved with the practice..haha. :P But like i said, its just 5 days before Christmas. :D Scary times ahead i must say. ;) Hoping it wont be.. :D
Sunday was really nice too.. :) Service was fun cause i was upstairs helping with the kids in Children Church, then there was practice and we went to Summit Hotel to take a look at the stage..Oh yes,everybody's invited to my church's Christmas service on the 25th of December (Saturday), 10am at the Grand ball room, Summit Hotel, Subang Jaya. :) Message me if u're interested in coming or something. :) Will make arrangements to get u there. :) So yeah,went to the place to check it out and then sent my sister and the Low sisters home before going to Midvalley with Jonathan, Evelyn and Dax for some Christmas shopping but didnt manage to buy anything..sigh..Really have to thank God though for the parking space..cause when i drove into the parking lot, there were alot of cars looking for a parking spot but when i got there..somebody was just leaving and i got the space. :) See, simple stuffs like this really makes my day. haha. :P Yeah,from there went to Jalan Alor to have beef noodles.. ;) Wasnt such a good idea to go for beef noodles cause Evelyn, Jonathan and i couldnt take the chili cause we have to take care of our voices so that we can sing well on Christmas day..but Dax was enjoying tempting us with the chili! Crappo..hehe. :P
After dinner, we went to PJ Hilton Hotel to look at the big train model that was set-up just for Christmas..man,it looks really really good. :) I'm already enticed to get one myself..haha. :P But when i heard how much was just the engine alone without any carriages, i had to rethink about getting it..haha. :P But it is really good..almost life-like. ;) Oh yeah,met up with Nelson and Yvonne there too..suppose to have dinner with them but they didnt really want to go down to Jalan Alor. :) The set-up had everything..a moose on top of the mountain. ;) Some hot-air balloons, a few trains running. :) A church with a couple getting married, a cow on a cliff that looks like it's gonna jump anytime soon and it's gonna get hit by the train thats running past..haha. :P Really really funny stuff. ;) If u have the time, u really have to go take a look, its really mesmerizing. Except for the part where there's this kid that was shouting at the trains to stop and go loudly, maybe thats why so many boys [read : men] are interested with this stuff, cause it gives them the sense of being in control of at least something. :P When in real life, the ladies gives us an illusion of being in control but they tend to be more in control. haha. ;) I'm just kidding. ;) :P This is the early morning, no breakfast, talking crap part of me.. :D
Gotta go soon, to get the drinks and send to Karen cause tomorrow my family and my close relatives are going to A'Famosa Resort in Melaka for a 3 day holiday. Sigh,i hope there's at least something interesting there else it'll be a really really boring 3 day holiday! ;) Oh, and that reminds me that i have to get a birthday present for a friend from college that's having a birthday party in Zouk this Thursday. Sigh, not really in the mood to go clubbing these days, dont know why. :) But hey,she invited and insisted that i go..so oh well,havent seen them for awhile..so might as well go and meet up. :) *YAWN* Oh well,have fun people..take joy in the fact that Christmas is coming and u'll been having a fun-filled weekend and a great time of feasting..if u're invited for any Christmas party. haha. :P "Au revoir, mes amis."
