Ah, Quel Jour!
Oh,what a day! :) translated as 'Ah, Quel Jour!' which i hope is correct bcoz when i tried to translate it back is 'Quel' = 'Which' and 'Jour' = 'Day'. interesting, isn't it? :) My blog is not only boring bcoz it only contains unhappening events of my life but also how to speak french. hehehe. :P
well, today was a pretty hectic day for me. i think today can be considered as the first most hectic day since i've started my 2nd semester for the year. Apparently, for today's photography class we were told to develop our own film if we're finish a roll of black&whites so that we can have a rough idea of how well we can manage with our own SLR cameras. This is not good bcoz i'm kinda worried that i'll destroy the roll of film before i can even develop it and see how good/bad i did with my on-loan SLR camera. :)
First things first, this morning was the worst traffic jam i've ever experienced this year. Well, that was because on my way to CyberJaya...i've managed to notice 3 accidents which most likely caused the stupid traffic jam. The first one was just after the Sunway toll on the LDP,which always happens on the overhead bridge then the 2nd one happened on the overhead bridge on the way into CyberJaya and the 3rd one was the worst accident which happened just before LUCT and after the 2nd accident area. The last accident was pretty bad, so bad that if u've ever wished that Proton came out with a convertable Proton Wira then seeing the car after the accident then u'll have a rough idea how it looked like. Sources said that the car had to be cut into pieces to rescue the 2 or more victims out of the car that was wrapped around the tree. This is definitely not the first accident to happen on that stretch of road just before LUCT and leading into CyberJaya.
Hopefully the victims weren't LUCT students because we just had to do some serious campaigning about speeding. How ironic it would be if the victims were one of those involved in the campaigns. :) well, its not laughing matter but then again..when will the people ever learn that speed kills u faster than AIDS do..hahaha. :P anyway, that was a very eventful morning..so eventful that i was feeling kinda lazy. ;) maybe it was just me. :P
Oh yes, back to my hectic day... :P so after the morning photography class, we had our ERS..erm,cant really remember what it stands for but its our communication studies class. pretty interesting as we got to do a small test survey before we start on the 1st draft. :) Class ended around 3pm then we got to watch a bunch of pretty models practicing for some big upcoming fashion show thats gonna be held at the MDTC aka Design Centre. Too bad i didnt have any more film in my SLR camera else i would have been really busy taking photos of the beautiful models practicing..hehehe.. :P what a waste.. ;)
After that really lovely performance by the lovely models, i went downtown to the Central Market area to look for my Kodak TMAX 400 black&white films..which when i went to the shop recommended by Timothy were not available. Only the TMAX 100 were in stock which was definitely not the type of film i was looking..so i had to go do some recon work around that area and finally after a phone call to my collage mate,i found a shop inside Central Market that does have the Kodak TMAX 400 films..it was kinda over-priced i guess coz i was kinda expecting it to cost around RM10 since i was buying a dozen roll of film but i got it for RM12.20 which was suppose to be the student price. Not so convincing thats for sure. ;)
Anyway, now all i have to do is just to get my 2nd hand F80 SLR camera and i can start shooting again. ;) :P It seems that Dax's SLR camera is starting to get mouldy so i was told that the photos that's taken with a mouldy camera would cause the pictures to turn out less attractive..so guess i'll have to get one SLR camera for myself. :) After that exciting expedition of locating my films,i had to rush back to get Elaine coz our 'Princess High 'N' Mighty Big-Shot Told-You-So Boss of the World' wanted to go to Berjaya Times Square in search of some props needed for a shoot. So i got to experience trying to get back to PJ during rush-hour..which i find it interesting that the slowest moving time of the day is called 'Rush-Hour'...hmmm.. ;) well,it was interesting coz i got to force my way into the sardine-packed LRT train and i got to meet alot of new people in the train through their super duper awful BO..man,i didnt know that there was so many different kinds of BO...so now i know, which i hoped i never had to find out..but i did.. :)
All in all it was all good, at least i had something to do.. :) so now i'm here blogging again when i should be finishing and touching up on my assignments. :) i'm being very 'paresseux' again. ;) oh well, better do something that i can show for tomorrow's life drawing class..which i'm suppose to have at least 40 gesture drawings of people in motion. oh well, can't worry to much about it..its all about either i did it or i didn't do it.. :P coz "Worrying is like a rocking chair; it gives you something to do but it doesn't get you anywhere". :)
