Ah, quel beau jour!

Oh man..what a weekend! ;) it was pretty packed cause i was away at Hyatt Regency Saujana in Subang helping Yvonne & Nelson prepare for the wedding and also hang out at the hotel the night before the wedding. :) It was a great wedding! everything went..well,in plan i guess. :) with a bit of hiccups here and there but all in all it was great. I think everybody had a great time. i'm sure i did cause i got to wear the shirt i bought from Guess and the pants i bought from British India. haha. :P Anyways,it was a pool side wedding dinner and things weren't looking so good during the wedding ceremony but most or all of the FCCians there were praying like mad so that it wont rain. Well,it did drizzle abit but at least it didnt rain heavily and spoil the wedding dinner. :) So i guess it was all good! There were some problems with the hotel staffs about the rain and how they wanted to move the dinner to the ballroom but we insisted to have it outside and we were really praying hard! hehe. the rain [read : drizzle] got heavier each time we prayed and the more we prayed it got heavier but about an hour into the dinner, it stopped drizzling so really praise God for that. :) Oh man, this is the first blog i've ever said "Praise God". hahaha. :P interesting, well i guess its because i'm really happy for Yvonne & Nelson because they got i think everything they have planned for the wedding. :) Really really nice..even though it was kinda hot before the drizzle started but it was still good. :) Anyways, now i'm still awake when i know i have class tomorrow morning..hehe. :P Cant really sleep cause i think i'm still in the party mood. hahaha. :P Especially since during the time when i was in the entourage with Nelson to go and receive his bride. the bride's entourage prepared alot of well,entertainment..hehe. :P to make sure that Nelson and his entourage go through a string of obstacles that we have to face before we can reach the room and get the bride. :) Stuffs like having to eat erm..ice-cream filled with garlic, onions, ginger, parsley i think and stuffs like that with vanilla ice-cream..which all of us..well,most of us enjoyed..hahaha. :P then we had to pay RM8.99 in 1 cent coins i think which we came prepared so it was a no-biggy. hahaha. :P then we had to eat like a brownie filled with wasabi which i think was really nice since the chocolate on the brownie covered the wasabi taste so it was just a special brownie..another no biggy. hahaha. :P man, these girls really have to come up with something more challenging for us guys during these receiving the bride ceremony. haha. ;) then finally, the guys had to eat peanut-butter filled wontons..which was a interesting combo but i think it was really really salty so i hope none of the guys lose any hair during these few days. hahaha. :P During those stops,we had to pay a certain amount of money as well with certain notes and coins involved which,we came prepared! hahaha. :P really not a biggy! ;) Well, the final obstacle required Nelson to write a poem containing the words 'Heart','Banana',cant remember the 3rd one and 'Armpit'. hehe..not really a biggy for Nelson since he's in the creative line and he was suppose to sing the poem to Yvonne which was also a no biggy..hahaha. :P since he can sing really well. So with me playing the guitar that i brought and Dax playing the shaker and Nelson singing and playing the bongos together..we..well,he made the poem sound really good. hahaha. :P Just before he got his bride he was made to wear a red underwear on the outside just like how Superman would wear his suit. The girls should have realise that Nelson is not shy about silly stunts like these..what were they thinking about when they thought of those obstacles? hehehe. :P Well,it was good since everybody got a good laugh out of it and it was a good time. :) hehehe. :P i hope i can get the photos and post some of them here for u people out there to see how fun malaysian christian weddings can be. :) Oh well, thats almost about everything that happened..alot more stuffs to tell but well, its too long to put it here and i am feeling really tired now. :) So i guess i'll be going to bed now and thinking about whether i should go for class tomorrow..hehehe..i think i'm gonna get into trouble with this particular class [Design Studies 2] cause i've not entered his class since the beginning of the semester which is already like 1 month. hehehe..very very not good! ;) Anyways, Yvonne & Nelson will be heading off to Pangkor Laut for their honeymoon tomorrow..wait,later in the morning. ;) i hope they have a great time there. :) Best wishes to the newly-weds. :) Yes,and the french lesson for the day is "Ah, quel beau jour!" means 'Ah,what a beautiful day!' :) "I love being married. It's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life." -Rita Rudner; US comedian-
