Yes,this meringue biscuits with braised berries was a tough one. :) Especially when Elaine ordered it but couldn't finish it...so it was up to me to try to gobble it all up but alas,i was unsuccessful. haha. :) But it was an interesting dessert..worth a try but i think you'll have to share it with a friend or two. :)
