Choreography for Non-Choreographers

Went down to Central Market yesterday afternoon with Irene to check out Five Arts Centre's Choreography for Non-Choreographers. Found out about it through Pang when I was planning to have a little get-together for the few of us that went to Miri for MIJF last month.

I was pretty surprised to see so many people staying through the entire 50 minutes worth of performance even though it was drizzling and raining quite heavily before the show started.

I'm not sure if everybody understood each of the performances but it was good exposure for everyone especially for those who haven't been to a performance such as this or might never even contemplate of going.

You can read the synopses of the 11 non-choreography pieces at the Choreography for Non-Choreographers website. A job well done, Marion D'Cruz and the rest of the gang. I guess I should have introduced myself when I shook her hand to thank her for the performance. I hope I wasn't seen as rude, not introducing myself. Oh well.
