Resort of housing estate?

A bunch of us have been trying to figure out if this area with a bunch of bungalows are a resort or a high-end housing estate. This is right opposite KL Hilton. Well,from the ballroom floor...this place is right opposite. :) Looks really good, better than the last time we were there during HP's event.
